Your card information will be saved during the application process, but the card will not be charged until your application receives final approval. Once your application is approved, the system will automatically charge the credit card provided in your application form.
How to access your receipt:
By Email: A copy of your payment receipt will be attached directly to your official approval email.
Via your Attendee Portal: You can view, download, or print your receipt anytime by accessing the Payment tab of your attendee portal, which is linked in your official approval email.
Note: Unapproved or denied applications will not be charged.
